Die Nähe zum Bilster Berg ist nicht der einzige Vorteil bei diesem wahrhaften Parkhotel.

Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten gebucht. Als wir eingecheckt haben hat mir die sehr freundliche Frau an der Rezeption zwei getrennte Zimmer für den gleichen Preis angeboten. Ein toller Service der unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat, als er eh schon war. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür!

Freundliches Personal, jedoch mit einigen Mängeln bei Komfort und Atmosphäre sowie einem beunruhigenden Phishing-Vorfall

Das Personal war freundlich und der Aufenthalt insgesamt in Ordnung.

− Die Toilettenspülung lief nach dem Spülen nach, das Bettgestell knarzte deutlich und das Waschbecken im Badezimmer war sehr klein. Beim Frühstück entstand durch das Abräumen der Nachbartische mit einem Wagen während der Frühstückszeit eine laute und unentspannte Atmosphäre. Zudem waren die Rattanstühle im Frühstücksraum bereits stark durchgesessen. Kritisch fand ich außerdem, dass ich bereits vor meiner Anreise eine betrügerische WhatsApp-Nachricht erhielt, die meinen Namen, den Namen des Hotels und meinen konkreten Aufenthaltszeitraum enthielt. Ich kann nicht beurteilen, woher diese Daten stammen, halte den Vorfall jedoch für bedenklich.
