9.0Location is ideal being near the down town & the beach. Staff are very good & enough supportive. Room is comfort & clean. The room has aircondition, safe box, mini bar, & hot drinks kit. Breakfast is very good as usual in Holiday Inn Express Hotels' chain. Wifi is very good as well. Surrounding area is safe with commercial & dinning opportunities.
