− The elevators were out of service and it was absolute chaos. I tried reaching out for a refund but was completely ignored

− Pésima atención. Me dieron una habitación con el inodoro obstruído. Tuvimos que convivir con la materia fecal durante cuatro noches a pesar de los múltiples reclamos. Prometieron remediar y devolver la plata y no lo hcieron.

8.0The location was excellent. I liked the breakfast selection, the welcome bag, the refreshments in the lobby and it was clean. The cleaning staff even came back to clean because we were still in the room.
