Good location hotel that needs better housekeeping and room maintenance

The location is excellent. There is plenty of free street parking nearby, and it's within walking distance of many restaurants, cafés and shops. Cala Agulla beach is only about a 10-minute walk away. The lobby and public areas look modern, well maintained and clean. The breakfast was also good, although it was difficult to fully enjoy the experience after the issues we encountered with the room.

− The room did not meet the standard of cleanliness I expected. When I checked in, there was sand and dust on the floor, which also felt damp - likely because it had just been mopped and the room had been left closed without the air con running. There was a visible stain on the toilet seat, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned properly. We also found ants in the room, both underneath and on top of the desk. Staff eventually came to spray the area and clean it, which reduced the problem, but the ants did not disappear completely. The aircon was another frustration. Although it eventually cooled the room (when I kept it on the whole time), it took an unusually long time to become effective, making the room uncomfortable after returning from the summer heat (35c). The staff experience was mixed. Some were friendly and genuinely helpful, while others appeared overworked, stressed or simply unable to deal with the issues. Overall, the hotel looks much better in the photos than it does in practice. The location is a real strength, but the cleanliness and room maintenance fell well below expectations.

Un 10 en todos los sentidos. Un hotel tranquilo, bien ubicado, limpio y el personal es extraordinario. Desde la recepción, socorrista, bar de la piscina, bufet, personal de limpieza. El bufet de la mañana es muy completo y la calidad de la comida es excelente. Queremos remarcar el buen trato del socorrista, muy educado y atento, tuvo un detalle con nuestra hija pequeña. También queremos agradecer a todo el personal del bar de la piscina la amabilidad y el buen trato que nos dieron. Sin duda, volveremos.

Hotel má dobrú polohu v tichej ulici a zároveň kúsok od mora aj centra. Izby boli ako na fotkách. Keďže hotel má 4 bazény, vždy sa dalo nájsť miesto na lehátku. Výber jedla na raňajky a večere bol pestrý a neustále dopĺňaný.
