− Someone used cups in room as ashtrays and they were still on tray like they could be used. Was not clean. The whole place was sketchy.

8.0Outside rough but understandable because of refurbishing the property. Had to walk through a construction to get to room but once got to the room, it’s one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in in the last five days.
This was a horrible experience.
1.0− My daughter was bitten by bed bugs. Which she is highly allergic to bug bites. So this was very traumatic for us.
