− Blev utroligt dårligt behandlet ved check ind. Jeg gav 5 forskellige creditkort men deres maskine afviste dem et efter et og hver gang sagde de højlydt ‘no money - no money’. De prøvede også at sende mig til en ATM. Hvergang bad jeg dem prøve en anden kort maskine - men de afviste. Til sidst efter at have sagt ‘its not our problem’ flere gange gik de med til at prøve en anden maske og så virkede den. Det var utroligt pinligt og jeg havde mest lyst til at flytte hotel - men klokken var 12 om aftenen. Meget dårlig oplevelse ! Jeg klagede og fik en undskyldning og 300 rmb i rabat - opholdet burde være gratis efter den omgang ! Det er første gang i mit liv jeg klager - men dette var fornedrende ! Jeg vil advare mod det hotel!

− Nous n'avons pas été prévenus qu'il n'y aurait ni la piscine, ni la salle de sport. Alors que ça faisait partie de nos critères.
没有让客人劳累一天能够身心灵得到放松
5.0− 明明说有泳池，水疗设施，但去了以后都在维修价格跟这个饭店不匹配
