Fabulous hotel at a great location and price

There were chips and food debris under the desk and hairs in the shower as well as a few bugs.....bugs didnt bother me too much bc they were lightening bugs and I know the hotel cant control if they enter the hotel. I did enjoy the two large king beds, there were alot of people at the hotel but noise level was kept to a minimum. There was also a complimentary breakfast! The faucet in the tub leaked all night ot probably would have bothered me but we had a sleep machine. This hotel also offers a larger fridge and freezer which was nice! The hotel was in a great location ten minutes to a shopping center and about 15 minutes to canyon rim.

Nice staff. Comfortable beds. Functioning windows for fresh air. Good price. We enjoyed our stay. No complaints. Location is close to restaurants and activities at the NR Gorge.

Location is great but that's about it

The location was great.

− It was not clean. There was a dead bug on top of the A/C unit and one in the corner behind the door. There was a jar of pickles left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. There was a terrible musty / damp smell in the room clearly from a moisture issue. You could feel the difference in humidity as soon as you walked in the room.

− The pool was closed. One of the reasons we chose this place was to chill at the pool in the evenings.
