Good location - not up to standard
6.0Hotel is in need of an upgrade. No TUI rep at hotel when we arrived. Room extremely small for four people, pull down bed, when upright has dangerous two legs sticking out at head height. Poor decoration, wires exposed, holes in restaurant bathroom with mould. Paint chipping away, carpets dirty...

1.0− Estive 2 dias sem limpeza no quarto, sem mudança de toalhas. Os empregados da receção antipáticos. Disseram que o estacionamento estava com infiltrações. No dia seguinte estavam a dizer que estava cheio... Enfim... Hotel a não voltar nem recomendar

6.0The Hotel was nice but not finished following a recent refurbishment. The rooms although cleaned daily, this was not to a good standard and often missing clean towels. The food, was nice and well presented and for the most part the dining room was clean and well maintained. All the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be smoking, there were no designated smoking areas, therefore guest were able to smoke on the dining terrace, at the outside eating areas, around the pool and on the roof top bar terrace. As a family on none-smokers this was very unpleasant, we were unable to eat outside due to the impact of second hand smoke, on occasion had to move to a different area around the pool due to other guest smoking. The same occurred at the outside pool bar and roof terrace bar, this was very unpleasant, due to this we would be unlikely to book this hotel again.
