6.0It was ok .. not wow... the rooms were ok but not too clean ..like below the couch pillows was so dirty but rest was ok
− We had booked one 1 bedroom suite and 2 standard rooms and were a mix of adults and kids aged 40,40,20,18,12,7,7 and 3. we got the rooms so far from the suite .. imagine the kids were at one corner of the floor and the suite with the parents were at the other corner. this made our stay so bad and hectic! Me as a mom I was between the rooms all the time!! The water was not getting hot, i called the technical team, he fixed it once then again no hot water!! we took a couple of showers with cold water!!! the receptionists were not too nice.

10.0Beautiful clean hotel in a fantastic location. Staff are very polite and friendly. Free hot drinks and water in the lobby until 7pm is an added bonus. Can't wait to visit again

− عدم وجود ستائر تحجب الضوء مما يسبب دخون الشمس فالصباح
Perfect spot for family. Walking distance to malls and main stations to get everywhere in Bangkok.
8.0Spacious and good views.
− Bedroom unclean - bed wheels incredibly dusty, wall had stains on them from previous guest and carpet smelt a fair bit. There was no bowls or plates despite a kitchen.
