2.0They paid for my room in a different hotel. That’s it. I did not ask them for any upgrade. They tried to put me up in accommodation outside the hotel. The man who introduced himself on the phone as the hotel owner was very disrespectful and dismissive.
− They own property outside of the hotel with different address, different entrance, completely different courtyard, but they rent out those rooms as a part of the hotel. When I arrived to the hotel for check in, they took my suitcase away from the hotel to the different street to the apartment which has no direct connection to the hotel. It was absolutely unexpected and unacceptable. After 2 hours of calls and unpleasant conversations they found a room in a different hotel for me. So if you want to stay in the hotel with the courtyard you see in the photos, contact them and make sure that they « allow » you to stay in their hotel but not in their separate apartment somewhere outside.

4.0nog geen antwoord op gevonden. wij hebben het hotel verlaten. op zoek geweest naar ander hotel en gevonden in Rhodos
− tuin niet onderhouden. stopcontacten en lichtschakelaars die los in de muur zitten tv werkte niet. ligstoelen waren kapot op het terras. douche was vuil. het zijn oude foto's die op jullie site staan.
