− I had bedbugs!!!!!!!! Nightmare, they didnt agree to refund me!! I hadnt sleep for 2 nights after long flight from Israel, constant handling with the hotel about it, trying to catch your customer service with no success!! Multiple laundries to sanitise the cloths and the suitcases!! NIGHTMARE!!! first time in my life of such experience!! Tokyo was ruined for me!!!

Convenient location
8.0Good location, a short walk from the train station and many restaurants and shops nearby. There's a convenience store at the building and a 7-eleven next door, which is great for last minute needs. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
− At night there's a lot of clubs and ladies clubs around which isn't the greatest experience, but it didn't feel unsafe at all.
