7.0Beliggenhed, og den høflige betjening samt maden. Hotellet var pris venligt og man får hvad man betaler for.
− Dog fremstår hotelt slidt, men dette er forståeligt med dens mange år på banen, dog kunne hotellet godt trænge til en opfriskning især af værelserne samt spa området og det udvendigt yder. Værelset var ok, dog havet jeg nok forventet mere, men vi fik det sidste værelse, da alt andet var udsolgt - fik en god behandling med værelset som desværre var et enkelt værelse og vi havet bestilt et dobbeltværelse da vi var 2, det fandt hotellet en brugbar løsning på og vi fik sovet, så alt fint. Tak. Rengøring var hele ikke den bedste, der var bl.a. et langt hård i vores nye håndklæder ved ankomst og servicen (glas m.m. fremstår beskidte i restauranten)

8.0Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich sowie flexibel und lösungsorientiert. Die Aussicht beim Frühstück ist traumhaft und das Gebäude hält für Interessierte viele kleine Relikte aus der Vergangenheit bereit.

4.0Positiv: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Empfangs- und Wellnessbereich haben einen gepflegten und angenehmen Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage direkt am See ist natürlich top.
− Negativ: Leider entsprach das Zimmer überhaupt nicht dem Preisniveau des Hotels. Die Einrichtung wirkte sehr einfach, wenig einladend und insgesamt lieblos. Das Zimmer machte einen abgewohnten Eindruck und bot kaum Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Gerade angesichts des Übernachtungspreises war das für mich eine große Enttäuschung. Es war eines der am wenigsten ansprechenden Hotelzimmer, die ich in dieser Preiskategorie bisher gebucht habe. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt aus meiner Sicht daher leider nicht.
