10.0This is a great hotel. Rooms are really nice, even the studio layout is great. I wanted to review staff, however as I was at the hotel for 6 months and they deserve a mention. Orleen (head of housekeeping) is the friendly lady, who is so helpful when you need anything with your room taken care of. Jeannie (front desk) was compassionate and just a lovely person. She was responsive when needed and helped us drastically. Pic is of the fireplace room, super cozy.
