Terrible experience
1.0The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and nice.
− Housekeeping was not helpful and rude. They didnt have pillows for the sofa bed. They said they didnt have extra pillows. Went down to breakfast in the morning, my grandson made a waffle and I made a bagel only to find out they were out of butter. The blanket on the bed had a stain and when we unfolded the sofa bed there was old candy stuck to the mattress. We will not be staying here again.
