8.0Muy buena atención de la mayoría del personal, habitaciones cómodas, buen desayuno, buena musica en las noches, facil acceso a la playa, todo muy bien
− El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba bien, se le informo en varias oportunidades a la chica de recepción, quien no hizo caso o no notifico, su trato no fue bueno, incluso hasta despectivo, decidimos alojarnos aqui por su ubicación y por permitinirnos tener a nuestra mascota, se nos daño la comida del cachorro ya que la chica de recepción no quizo prestarnos apoyo, la única persona de los trabajadores que no fue agradable fue lidia, el resto del personal su trato fue excelente, sobre todo en el restaurante, y la señora de la limpieza nos presto gran ayuda

7.0La limpieza, todo muy limpio. El personal muy agradable. Y las camas muy cómodas.
− Un poco viejo los toboganes y la zona infantil. La animación de niños, el kids Club no les enganchó mucho, creo que podría mejorar.
