The bedroom door didn’t lock the bathroom door knob was almost off the door and it smelt

− The gave us keys to a dirty room and didn't want to give towels and after we left them out side the room and then when he did give me the towels he shoved them at me. Then said we shouldnt have put them by the door Very rude and confrontational about the hotel and the elevator made a loud sound when you went up.

2.0The location was close to the freeway, with easy on- and off-access. However, this is an industrial area. The hotel room was very dirty, with large stains and dirt on the couch, stains on the bedspread and top sheet, and the top bed sheet was so worn that the threads were bare. There was a ring around the tub and no bath towels. there were two hand towels, and one wash rag, and one of the hand towels was dirty. we did not feel that this hotel was very safe as the side entrance door was blocked open with rocks and the automatic door closers at the top of the door was completely ripped off. Leaving this door, easily accessible all night long.
