− The usb plugs in the room were very old n some don’t work at all.

Continent to different areas we wanted to see. Fun restaurants with in walking distance. Quick hop over to the interstate and we were to different part of town within minutes.
− The elevator was a little noisy and not smooth, seemed to have trouble the couple of days we visited. Other visitors didn't respect noise, also several left early and were packing up and leaving and there were a lot of room doors slamming closed over and over. Like they walked out of the room and they just hard closed behind them?

The best hotel experience i have had in a very long time!

The staff was the nicest people i have ever met. It was me and my 2 kids and he was nice enough to place me in a room on the first floor next to the pool for easy access. Helped with getting the luggage rack for me. Just truly amazing. Went above and beyond! I wish I would have got his name so I could mention him!
