3.0− The room smelled, and the curtains were not close to block the sun out.

− I booked 2 rooms. 215 and 217. The 215 room the shower drain was clogged. The TV in room 217 didnt work. The hotel didn't have an elevator so had to lug ice crest and everything up stairs. The pool was covered but the staff opened it up for us.
