Nice location and pool, but only if you have small children.
6.0Nice pool with great view. The rooms had good, controllable AC. Beds were comfortable.
− The floor in the room was very dirty and left our feet black. They need to be washed (tile only) daily. There are rules to follow at the pool (no outside alcohol, no reserving loungers, no pool toys) but staff don't enforce the rules very well to the detriment of others. Very loud pool with screaming/crying kids, which is understandable for a family hotel, just be aware. The hotel staff wouldn't help with altering reservation dates made on Booking.com and Booking.com wouldn't help with contacting the hotel. Very frustrating!

− Restaurant is closed Mondays and Tuesdays, with nothing else nearby. The staff were not familiar with the happy hour menu.

6.0It’s a beautiful property, but it’s very loud. Certainly not a peaceful stay. Also, you are limited in restaurants and the food at the restaurant was just OK.

Wonderful time, great energy and easy access to the beach and watersports.
6.0Welcoming, clean, great facilities like the pool and beach. Love the relax feel of the resort. Almost like being at a beach resort in Mexico.
− Restaurant could use a little improvements. I recommend starting with the quality of the food serverd, types of food offered and getting the poor pool/beach staff more help. They clearly need support. They are running literally all day.
