7.0location. staff at desk was friendly.
− the bed was not great and the pillows were awful. also my husband left his rope bracelets in the room accidentally. called that night left detailed instruction on what they looked like and where they were. said nothing in lost and found but would check with staff in morning. called back in the morning and nothing. extremely upset as one had a pic of his grandparents who have passed. Not worth anything to anyone but him. Why would anyone want to wear someone else’s grandparents? none were worth a lot of money only sentimental value.

7.0− We had nats in the bathroom and when they came in to clean, it didn't even look like they cleaned the bathroom! We had 5 people staying and so you would think they would give 5 towels and 5 wash clothes but nope had to always go get 2 extra each time and they would ask my room number...and we would come back to the room and they messed with the temperature of the room 😕
