− Charged me on top of the booking.com charge with no authorization and didn’t give me both my rooms
Overall a nice hotel, but the price was way too much for this level of hotel.
8.0Very friendly staff. Great place to park my motorcycle. Right next door to the Harley dealership. Room was clean and comfortable.
− I was in the Presidential Suite and there were some issues. It had two A/C units in it because of the size of the room, but only one worked. The ceiling fan blades drooped so bad that I don't think it was actually useful. The sink in the bathroom had plumbing issues. The pipes underneath the sink were not connected and when you ran the water it wound up on the floor. Had to use all my towels to keep the water from going all over the place.
It was ok. I will never go back to this one though.

− The room smelled awful, like a locker room. It also was extremely dated compared to other holiday inns I’ve stayed.
