Die Lage zum Heidepark war gut .

− Frühstück schlecht, es gab keine Plätze und mussten im stehen Essen. Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Mussten mehrfach versuchen jemanden ans Telefon zu bekommen, der uns dann lediglich eine SMS geschickt hat mit der Mitteilung, dass der Schlüssel in einer Kiste liegt. Und

− Umulig å få tak i personalet som jobber der. Det står telefonnummeret som ikke lenger er i bruk og andre gjester vi møtte hadde brukt over 2 timer på å få tak i personalet. Vi var der i over 1 time selv og forsøkte å få tak i nøkkel eller lignende men fikk ikke kontakt med noen ansatte. Siden vi hadde barn i bilen som måtte sove så vi annen mulighet enn å bestille et annet hotell. Vi fikk ikke gjort annet enn å dra videre. Stedet så bedre ut på bildene enn i virkeligheten. Når man kommer fram virker det som om han kommer til et forlatt og nedlagt pensjonat jeg vil sterkt fraråde andre å booke hotell her. Og som det står på en del reviews jeg ikke hadde lest kan jeg bekrefte den dårlige opplevelsen.
