Location, close to everything

− Being woken at 3am by people in unit next door playing their music that was thumping through the wall, told management who said those people are permanent. Then next night people at pool at 10pm talking loudly, I was working so needed early night, the property did give us a paper saying no noise from 9pm-9am

The location and apartment were very good. Close enough where you can walk into town.

Location was great and the spa overlooking the marina was very good too.

− overall the apartment is lovely. if I was to nitpick the large tree on the left side blocks the view. this could be trimmed back to open up the view.

RECEPTION HOURS : Waterfront Whitsunday Retreat is open from 9am until 5pm, check in from 2pm until 5pm, after hour check in until 9pm is available, please contact the hotel prior to arrange, check in later than 9pm is not possible. Please note credit surcharge of 1.5% applies to Visa and MasterCard, 3% applies to American Express. A $200 credit card pre auth is required at check in as security against damage / unpaid accounts. We are a cashless business.
