1.0− The rooms had a very musty smell to them. The humidity in the rooms was high. Some rooms looked like they had mold in them.

10.0The value of the room was wonderful, the staff and location are great
− The room blinds wouldn't close all the way , the bathroom door wouldn't close completely or lock, the sofa hide a bed had food, and crumbs all over it like it wasn't cleaned. It had stains on the mattress that looked like blood stain a big stain, at that. I had to go get bedding for the hide a bed (usually it's in the room) , the coffee pot in the room had no coffee, and had grounds and build up in the back. It was disgusting. The breakfast needs to have more options, such as a variety of pastries, breads, and bagels

− The bathtub was filthy, like hadn’t been washed. There was junk in the tub drain, only had 1 washcloth and 1 handtowel.

− The floors were dirty and sticky. We had a hard time opening and closing the door. The toilet was not fastened to the floor. It said breakfast was served but there wasn’t any.
