Decent hotel room, good service
10.0Clean comfortable bed. Breakfast area is a little small given the size of the hotel and the number of guests using it. We would stay again.
Good Price, Bad Everything Else
3.0Breakfast was good but offered the same options each day. There wasnt much variety. The breakfast meat was the same (sausage) with powdered eggs and make your own waffles. By our 3rd day, we ate elsewhere for breakfast. Beds offered decent comfort.
− The AC was not working in our room originally. We bounced around 3 other rooms before finding one with AC to find that the "new" room was not clean. The floor and surfaces were visibly dirty and there was someone else's underwear hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Upon noticing this, we request housekeeping that never came. The underwear were still there by our last day. Additionally, my booking confirmation said that the hotel was pet friendly so my dad brought along his jackapoo however, one desk manager hounded him saying that the hotel wasn't pet friendly and he'd have to pay $250. The pool needed filtering as it was extremely salty from body sweat & the hallways smell like pee. They didnt have any larger rooms available so we had to get additional rooms to accommodate everyone. Will not be back
