A big thank you to Bella and May for their excellent service and help! Very friendly and helpful, particularly with translation as I cannot speak Chinese! Thank you Bella and May. Also, we had a parcel delivered and Howard was very helpful in locating and tracking the parcel. Thank you Howard! Hotel is very clean, amazing service. Great breakfast. 10/10 would stay here again!

Everything, the room size, the facilities, gym, pools. The location and also the staff. Particularly those at the front desk (I wish I could remember their names, sorry)
