The location was great for what we wanted. The staff were fantastic...especially reception. If I was to return to Benidorm, I'd look to stay at this hotel again.

The location was good. The checking in was good,all the staff we met were friendly and attentive.

− Over priced for the size and quality of the room.Tired decor , beds uncomfortable.Breakfast overall range is good , but the English breakfast product are poor, the toaster and coffee machine are insufficient for the volume of residents.

− El uso del ascensor es caótico. Solo iba uno con el hotel casi lleno. Tardaba muchísimo en llegar. Y a las indicaciones les hace falta unas reformillas para ser un 4 estrellas.
