Arreglen el elevador, hagan un desayuno que no sepa a barato.
5.0Desayuno totalmente ordinario, sabe a Bodega Aurrerá, puras cosas baratas en serio. Están peleados con la calidad de los alimentos, se enfocan más en la cantidad.
− Mala insonorización, había gente conversando en el área de alberca hasta bien tarde y su vocerío no me dejaba dormir a gusto. Además, no servía el elevador, había que usar las escaleras de servicio que tienen un peralte más alto de lo normal y eran muy incómodas especialmente cargando mi equipaje.

7.0Es un hotel limpio, el personal de limpieza y restaurante es muy amable, los cuartos son grandes.
− Recepción tiene una actitud pésima; un día no pusieron papel, toallas para secar manos, etc. Dijeron que el hotel no contaba con eso ese día; les dije que cómo era posible si no era un hotel barato. No cambian las sábanas regularmente, solo tienden la cama; si es de larga estancia, no lo recomiendo. Nos cambiaron de habitación, siendo que estábamos reservando varias noches; la tarjeta se desactivó todo el tiempo. El personal de recepción no es amable, contesta de mala manera.

Muy bonita vista muy confortable la habitación para relajarse y descansar y muy ricos los desayunos.
