Fun college town, very good location.

Location is excellent, walking distance to many restaurants and pubs. Room 220 was large and comfortable; very good king bed. Pool and exercise room are a joke, both tiny. I would return, but the staff is so small that they didn't do any house cleaning or refresh the coffee maker. Nor was anyone at the desk so you have to call.

The downtown location is ideal, as it is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and a bakery (Kellers). My room was spacious, featuring a comfortable king bed, a desk, a dining table, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a microwave. The bath and shower area was also spacious and clean. The hotel is advertised as a boutique property, and it truly fits that description (check the photos on the website). It is quiet, clean, and has a beautiful interior, making it a great value. The service desk was helpful and very friendly; however, it wasn’t always available after 7 PM during the two nights I stayed there.

Two night stay lovely

A lovely boutique in downtown, across from restaurants and bars. The front desk is relatively unmanned, you will be given a phone key to scan through text. Very clean and quaint, no extras. You can hear the next doors phone ring so keep noise low. The front door closes at 7 but can use the back door. If you are not fussy this is a lovely place, the staff was very polite and helpful. Will stay again next convention. Thank y’all

Room was not ready and we arrived on 1730. No breakfast even though payed for. RUN AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. THERE ARE BETTER OPYIONS AROUND

This is a delightfully furnished hotel, located at the end of the busy downtown Jefferson Street. The morning of my stay, the reservation desk confirmed everything and was there when I arrived. There is ample parking behind the hotel, and there was an elevator to get you to the rooms.

Great location, disappointing night experience

We chose this hotel mostly because of its fantastic location — it was easy to get around and close to the attractions we wanted to visit. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly during the day. Unfortunately, our positive impression didn’t last through the night. Around 4:00 AM, there was a prolonged disturbance in the hallway/another room — guests were shouting, fighting, and making excessive noise for about an hour. It was very disruptive and made it nearly impossible to sleep. What was more frustrating was the lack of staff supervision or response when the noise started. We (and other guests) expected at least someone to come check or intervene, but that didn’t happen.
