The hotel was impeccably clean, the leisure staff were super helpful and accommodating. The facilities are excellent and the staff are and helpful and friendly.

The views were stunning, The hotel is clean and the rooms are the same and comfortable beds. The food is beautiful and you can also use the pool and gym.

The bed was comfortable

− The room was dated, the furniture was scratched and unpolished There were cobwebs, the sealant around some of the bath was moldy, the hotel is advertised like an old country house, this is only part of it, the rest is like a residential care home The carpets were dated and the bedding made me not want to sleep in the bed This hotel is for conferences where companies send staff for team building, there are games all over the place and carpet tiles The breakfast is average and the tea/coffee is undrinkable Not a great start to the wedding which we were in the area to attend Total waste of money

The leisure facilities at De Vere Cranage Estate can only be used by those over 16 years of age. Children can use the pool only at weekends, during set times. Please check with the hotel directly, using the contact details from your Booking Confirmation.

Please note that the restaurant will be closed for New Year, in place a New Year Gala Dinner is available to book for GBP 75 per person.

When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

The credit/debit card used at the time of the booking needs to be presented upon check-in.
