− Breakfast was nonexisting staff was never there. The grounds were completely dirty and cluttered with garbage. The cops and ambulance were there four different times during the time of the day. It was just completely horrible.

1.0Bed was made. Clean sheets. I can look out my window and see my vehicle.
− First, they overbooked the rooms, and they only have 1 housekeeper, so most rooms were dirty still at 5pm when I checked in. My room was on the 3rd floor, and elevator OUT OF ORDER!! So I had to walk my bags up 3 flights of stairs. You also have to play with the card fob to get in your room-3rd or 4th times a charm. Now I understand that people live there….it was trash all outside the doors….I’m guessing for housekeeping to pick it up and discard it. It was left the next day when I checked out, so no one got the trash outside anybody door. The wash rags-go across the street to Walmart because the bath towel and face cloth was dirty as hell, or, dingy. Either way, don’t wipe your face on them.

− This was the worst ever. Had to try 4 rooms, 1st- not cleaned, 2nd- someone’s luggage left in room, 3rd- door lock didn’t work, 4th-last room with a broken door and went to take a shower and faucet handle came right off. Elevator was broken and had too walk up 3 flights every time the rooms were no good.
i booked room, got confirmation, arrived 12 minutes later, rooms were booked all day.
1.0I booked a reservation online that said there were only 2 rooms left, that seemed great that it could tell me that. I arrived 12 minutes after booking online.
− ...but they had been booked solid since the airport closed for tornados. Since I was not at the airport, I did didnt know...the online service should be tied to the room. If walmart can tell me they have 6 cans of 4oz mennon summer breeze deoderant on the shelf...a hotel should be able to tell if i they really have a room.
We just needed an overnight stay and get back on the road and it worked for us.

− We could tell animals had been in the room prior but of us 3, it didnt bother 2 of us.
