− They do not clean the room till we ask And if they come the do not clean good The air conditioning was broken The came after day and in the middle of the day when we came back to rest and made noise The management did mot apologize and offer any thing It was our anniversary day and they knew So it was bad stay

9.0Breakfast was delicious and even had great gluten free options! Very comfortable and spacious room, the location was very convenient and the building/decor was lovely - would definitely recommend.
Elegance, small hotel with a larger resort feel. Will be back!
10.0The breakfast was amazing! The room was so big compared to other hotel rooms I’ve stayed in in Italy. The view from the room was incredible, looking out into the galleria. The hotel itself was small enough to have a homey feel, but the staff was so professional that I felt like I was staying at a large chain with all of the resources I’d want. The walls and ceiling were decorated by hand (and you can tell because the line strokes are unravel). I found this so charming and beautiful - my fiance didn’t love it as much. The bed was quite comfortable as well - on the harder side - but still very good quality. I loved the elevator. I’ll preface by saying I’m scared of elevators (an irrational fear), but I really enjoyed the experience of putting in a coin and going up and seeing the entire surroundings. I was a little scared (because of my fears), but the elevator felt completely safe and smooth - no jerking or pauses!
− The only thing that could have been better was the shower/bath. Our shower head broke (sometime before we arrived), because it was wasn’t attached properly. We notified the staff and there unfortunately had to order part, which wouldn’t arrive until after our stay because of the holiday. The staff did everything they could and were understanding when our showers made large pools of water on the floor. We felt very badly about this, but the staff was very helpful and offered additional towels to help!
