4.0Breakfast food selection was good.
− Only one side of the king sized bed was accessible. You could not walk between the king sized bed and the window. The mattress protector for the sofa bed was too small, with broken straps and kept shifting around under the fitted sheet. Large gap under hotel room door meant all hallway noise came into the room - at times sounded like there was no door at all. Breakfast selection was great but it was all served on disposable plates with disposable cutlery, such an incredible amount of waste.

− The pool is smaller than the picture shows. Hallways can be noisy if you have teams staying over.

− Extremely rude staff Manager and front desk. I left and cancelled my reservation and was willing to pay the charge due to the way they spoke to me. I have travelled all over the world and this is the first time I have ever done this. I booked at a hotel across the way at Staybridge. Better value friendly staff better facilities nicer rooms. I recommend check out that place before wasting your money
