6.0The room smelled likenpiss from the street on our first day. toilet needs refurbishing. The jacuzzi was full of moulds and when i tried to turn it on, bits of dirt came out of the water outlet. The metal part of the shower hose was detached, only being held by tape. The exhaust wasnt working, the light bulb inside the orange box on the mirror wasnt working. The remote of the aircon unit is broken, only being held by tape too.

2.0The worst hotel I've ever stayed at, yet they claim they are a 4 star hotel. Not only is the room small, ugly, dark, smelly, and hot, but the reception guy didn't properly do his job. If I could give this hotel negative stars, I would.
