9.0Fácil de llegar, el servicio del personal es excelente, son amigables. Me permitieron hacer late check out. La habitación estuvo lista antes del check in.
− Los cuartos son sencillos, no hay mucha iluminación dentro de la habitación. Tuve que pagar por adelantado mi estancia, sin flexibilidad.

10.0El lugar está padrísimo, está en un punto donde se aprecia excelente la naturaleza, las albercas muy limpias y el personal de vigilancia muy buenas personas.
− Lo que no me gustó fue que te dan el cuarto hasta las 4:00 pm y el personal de servicio que entrega brazalete y da la tarjeta para entrar a la habitación muy desatento. El cuarto tienes que entregarlo al día siguiente a las 12:00 pm. En ambos casos ya sea para recoger la tarjeta de la habitación como para entregarla, el personal de 6 personas que atienden, solo una trabaja, pueden ver la gente que no cabe y solo están comiendo camote, mientras quién atiende se las arregla por lo que tal vez por la presión, lo hace de manera desatenta.

10.0Las albercas, en si para un fin de semana esta super bien y mas si tienes familia hay muvhas albercas y toboganes.
− Del hotel a la alberca literal tienes que ir en coche porque caminando si esta peligroso hay mucha bajada y si puedes caer. Nos toco una toalla rota 😐. No hay mucha iluminacion en los cuarto.

− Mi cuarto no tenía control remoto, lo pedí 2 veces sin respuesta. Viajando con niños, bueno.....es complicado. Lamento la falta de ayúda. Ya que le comentaron las 2 veces que lo pedí y hasta fui al lobby nunca llegó
