− The place Smelled Like Some kind of Porno Shop from the 80's. It was really bad.

− Room smelled a bit musty, breakfast ending at 9 is a bit early, 10 am would be better, not earth shattering, just a suggestion. What's more CONCERNING- yesterday 6/19, upon check-in, we set up transport to the airport with the young lady at the desk for 11 am, when we came down at 11 am this morning and our ride wasn't there by 11:10, we asked the young lady (Different young lady than day before) at the desk about our ride, she told us the driver would be there in about 12 minutes, we questioned this, she became a bit snarky stating "you just came down here at 11". Shocked- we stated we were schedule to be here at 11. She stated the driver called off. I stated that we had no idea someone wasn't going to be here at 11 to transport us, now it's going to be 11:30 at best before we get to the airport. She replies, "so you gave yourself 10 minutes to get to the airport", I replied, "no, we set up transport yesterday with the lady at the desk for 11 am, with a 9 minute ride to the airport, we would have been there in plenty of time for a 12:59 flight", she stated "our driver called off today, I can't do anything about it, you didn't come down here until 11:00". At this point, we are appalled. We set up the time the day before, we weren't notified the transport wasn't available or we would have requested an Uber be scheduled for 11 am. We were 2 people with a SCHEDULED transport, if that fell through, the staff should have notified us or set up another ride for us at 11am and definitely not treat us like we were in the wrong. Very unprofessional. If the hotel offers shuttle service, whether it be an employee who drives the shuttle bus or an uber driver and one of those cancel, why would the hotel staff not notify us via text or a call to our room or just set up another transportation for the same time that was the schedule?
It was the perfect stay for someone coming from or headed to the airport.

After a 15 hour international travel- I was welcomed by the staff, and had a very comfortable room.
9.0I liked the property- well maintained and affordable.
− I was not aware that the shuttle service ended at 10:00 pm, I had to arrange a taxi from the airport. But the staff made arrangements for an uber for me the following day to return to airport. Much appreciated.
