9.0Comfy bed, very good warm shower and towels, plenty of pillows. Very helpful front desk (my plane arrived at 1 am) and service in general. And great breakfast!

− Woman at check in was uninterested at best, incredibly rude at worst. If you dislike your job and care so little about the guests, get a different job.
