Great overnight stay

Our flight arrived early so we were delighted that they were able to give us access to the room at 10:30am. Of course this isn't a given for every booking. The room was massive and included a fridge and jug (but no cups or any coffee/tea??). The hotel is surrounded by supermarkets, shops, restaurants etc so was very convenient for a one night stay. Only negative was there was a leak from under the shower screen so the bathroom floor was wet and slippery.

1. Not a welcoming place 2. Room service - got ignored and had to remind to even get a bottle of water 3. Room was not cleaned. When reminded was told they will send room cleaner but never happened. Had to sleep the second night on unclean bed. 4. No proper hot water in basin and shower. Got only Luke warm water. Couldn't shower. Will not recommend and will not visit again.
