10.0As a family we stayed at this location for a hockey tournament in the area and from the moment we arrived at the hotel the service was incredible and way beyond expectation. We were greeted by a man who was working on the desk on Thursday who had amongst the top customer service I have experienced while staying at hotels. Then throughout the stay we were continuously greeted by the staff and asked if we had concerns or issues. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the rooms are great.

6.0− I had a reservation for months. When I got there they said that I didn't have one. Even though I showed them my receipt, my reservation number and pin #. After a half hour they found it. You had my first name listed as my last name.

− Where the tv was located you couldn't see it as the closet blocks it. Little pricey. Would have styed somewhere else but there were no openings in other hotels
Quick stay for a business trip
8.0Stayed one night in room 213 for a work trip. The room was comfortable and well laid out with a desk, sofa, and king-size bed. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant—service was great, though the food and drink options felt a bit limited. I didn’t have a chance to use the pool or fitness facilities. Conveniently, there’s a Starbucks nearby, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a pleasant stay and I’d likely return for future work travel.

1.0− They lost my pre-paid reservation, then made me pay 2x the amount for a room. My original reservation was for $159. Then they charged me another $238 for a room. Then they said the would refund the 159 not the 239. Still haven't gotten the refund yet.
