Great location, shabby decor and poor AC.
6.0This is a historic house and the location is great, just a block from Hendersonville's main street. The staff was friendly and the mini fridges on each floor were well stocked with bottled water and soda. Great shower pressure.
− The inn is a bit shabby and does not have central air-conditioning. The room had a window unit that was old and loud. Because it was hot and humid during our stay in June, we had to run the AC unit continuously and the sound was distracting. The common rooms did not have strong air-conditioning, sometimes turned off, and so were not comfortable.

8.0We stayed in the cottage which was lovely and private. Never saw staff except at breakfast which was lovely. The staff did very kindly call / texted us with check in instructions.
