− At personalet ikke hadde lært å smile. For lite personale i restauranten til så mange gjester.

9.0Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Het hotel lag voor ons op de fietsroute, dus dat was een belangrijke reden voor de keuze. De entree en het lounge gedeelte was uitnodigend. Het personnel was professioneel en vriendelijk.
