Le charme de l'ancien :)

La gentillesse du personnel. Les deux réceptionnistes lors de notre arrivée. La classe du maître d'hôtel et sa prestance. Le serveur Nicolo, très gentil et de belle prestance également. La chambre triple que nous avions réservée n'était pas disponible à l'arrivée sans que nous en soyons informés. Nous avons donc été surclassés (?) dans une chambre double mais nous n'avions pas deux lits comme requis. Le lendemain, cet "oubli" a été arrangé et un lit fut fait sur la banquette adjacente (confortable). Une climatisation fonctionnelle et efficace. Un parc immense. Le calme (insonorisation et dehors)

− Un petit frigo mais qui était très malodorant et à peine froid. La salle des repas (nous étions en DP) est immense. La formule buffet pour le dîner n'est pas qualitative, et cela oblige à dîner avec d'autres clients qui se comportent vraiment très mal en gaspillant la nourriture. Le service à table était mieux et il a été possible d'arranger des repas végétariens (aucun proposé à la carte). Gros bémol : la salle est sans éclairage naturel. Elle est très bruyante. Peut-être pourrait-on suggérer des patins sous les chaises, et supprimer cette musique d'ambiance qui nous fait croire dans un club de vacances. Le buffet des petits déjeuners, moyen mais suffisant (pas de yaourts nature, beaucoup de gâteaux, peu de sortes de pain, deux sortes de thé de piètre qualité, j'ai dû acheter le mien en-dehors), Idem pour les confitures. On sent que la gestion des stocks est une priorité, ce qui est compréhensible pour un si grand et si imposant établissement. Nous avons souhaité prendre des consommations au bar de la réception et avons été renvoyés vers le bar de la piscine, nous avons renoncé. L'hôtel a dû avoir son heure de gloire et un certain lustre mais les deux ont terni avec le temps. Je répète que la gentillesse et la classe de quasiment tout le personnel compensent ces quelques défauts.
