Es ist klar, dass das Hotel für Familien mit Kindern ausgelegt ist. Ich hatte im Voraus keine großen Erwartungen bezüglich Komfort oder Luxus. Die Angebote für Kinder sind sehr gut und es hat meinem Kind Spaß gemacht. Die Lage für Ausflüge ist top!
− Das Personal war teilweise sehr unfreundlich, teilweise freundlich. Die Sauberkeit des Pools war nicht das Beste. Die Reinigung des Zimmers war nicht gut.

Gute Ansätze, besonder für Kinder toll, leider durch schlechtes Essen und teilweise ungepflegte Ausstattung getrübt.

Schönes Angebot für Kinder. Viel Programm, große Spielflächen Innen und Außen. Bereits einiges saniert, schöner Lobbybereich. Sehr nettes Personal. Viel Obst, Kinderbuffet. Schwimmbad groß und sauber, einige Schwimmhilfen vorhanden.
− Essen zwar viel zu Auswahl und nettes Kinderbuffet, aber geschmacklich und qualitativ schlecht. Teilweise fad, teilweise viel zu überwürzt. Fertigprodukte (alles gleich in Form etc), billige Aufbackbrötchen zum Frühstück. Spielbereiche, besonders die für Kleinkinder, riechen sehr stark, selbst der Kleine wollte dort nicht spielen. Automaten kosten extra Geld und entsprechend viel Nerven.

Tolles Frühstück, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Aussicht in der 7. Etage ist nachts faszinierend. Der gesamte Ort ein Lichtermeer.
− Zimmer waren sehr sauber, aber für 3 Personen ist ein Doppelzimmer zu klein. Einrichtung war für unsere Ansprüche sehr spartanisch.
