Would not have stayed there if we had known there was no pool

− There was no swimming pool. On your website it says there is a pool but this has been taken out a long time ago!! Reception staff were surly and unhelpful
Dirty and poor service
2.0I had two rooms, both were dirty. The whole place smelled old and musty. I needed front desk service in the early morning and had to wait 30 minutes even after calling for someone and calling the desk. When someone showed up, it was clear she had been asleep in the back. It took forever for the water to heat, the market options were pretty much limited to candy. Very disappointing experience when paying more for a Marriott property and expecting basic service.

It was a lovely place to stay with friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean.
8.0The shuttle comes every ten minutes and it was easy to get on the shuttle.
− The hot tub was broken when I went to visit. The pool was so cold.
