9.0Breakfast is always hot and fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great for walking to Jay Street, amble parking.
It was mostly enjoyable.
8.0The room was fine and the breakfast was adequate.
− The room was very cold. Eventually, I was able to warm it up. I heard others at breakfast complaining about this, also.
Excellent Hotel to stay at, staff is superb, when visiting again I will definitely stay here....
10.0Great Hotel, actually better than I had expected. I would definitely go back to this Hotel for future visits. The staff are great, the hotel is great value for the money I would say. I mean it would be nice if it was a bit cheaper on price per night, however, the staff and location for the purpose of our trip made it worthwhile. In particular, the Morning Breakfast is a great feature, I loved it, nicely laid out, clean, and the Lady working on the weekend was absolutely amazing, she was wonderful. I never got her name, but she was super friendly and treated everyone top notch!
