I actually was pleasantly surprised- location, conditions and price for two days staying are absolutely what I needed .

10.0The location was perfect- we stayed for a concert and it was 5 mins walk to Spark Arena and 15 mins walk to Queen Street. Staff were lovely and helpful too.
− Maybe needs some updating

3.0The range within the city center. And shower pressure
− The receptions weren’t always there tried to call a couple times no answer. We didn’t know we had to pay for parking it doesn’t say that on the website. They told us breakfast was included in our booking but in the morning they said we had to pay for breakfast and it wasn’t included. The rooms weren’t that clean and the toilet paper hadn’t been changed not worth the price we paid.

A valid credit card must be presented on arrival, and be in the same name as the guests's name on the booking confirmation. For all pre-paid bookings, the credit card used to facilitate payment must also be presented on arrival.
Please note, Copthorne Hotel Auckland City requires a NZD$50 per night credit card pre-authorization, or a NZD$50 cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out minus any applicable charges.
