10.0Ottima struttura, elegante e sobria. Camera silenziosa e pulita e ben attrezzata. Colazione molto varia, staff cordiale e sempre disponibile. Ottima posizione vicino al casello Roma Nord per spezzare un lungo viaggio con una pausa rilassante.
− Niente in particolare, la nostra esperienza è stata molto soddisfacente. Forse renderei più ampia la scelta gastronomica del ristorante.

6.0Hotel moderno, camera accogliente e spaziosa, colazione basica ma ok
− Mi hanno fatto il preaddebito sulla carta il giorno prima del soggiorno nonostante avessi scelto il pagamento in loco e, a distanza di 1 mese dopo aver regolarmente saldato il conto, ho ancora il plafond della carta indisponibile. Se tutti facessero così (preaddebiti non necessari) , per noi che viaggiamo spesso avremmo le carte di credito inutilizzabili. Anche il servizio non è eccezionale o comunque al livello di un hotel 4 stelle: avevo ordinato per una cena in camera e non avevo capito (errore mio) che sarei dovuta scendere a ritirarlo. Hanno lasciato la mia cena 30 minuti a freddarsi prima di chiamarmi per scendere a recuperarla. Alla fine mi hanno rifatto la pasta, ma ho mangiato alle 22 e atteso li per evitare che si ripetesse.
