Worst hotel experience of my life
1.0Worst hotel experience ever! Zero stars!We were booked for 4 nights but on the very first day we woke up to find that all four tires on our car were stolen. Apparently theres no hotel security here.Imagine our shock that such a nightmare situation could happen in a sheraton hotel. On top of this distressing situation the manager of the hotel was a pompous nasty condescending man who was of no help at all and clearly should not be working in the “ hospitality” business. We spent the entire day on the phone dealing with the car rental company , police and our insurance company to sort out this nightmare situation. As far as the breakfast and facilities of the hotel it was all subpar and i am being polite here. If you like getting your car vandalised , dry muffins, stale waffles and cereal for breakfast and an iron that retracts everytime you try to plug in the wire and water leaking onto the carpet from the air conditioning system then go ahead and waste your money.

− House keeping was very bad my rooms wasn’t cleaned on some days I’ve had to complain downstairs only for them to clean late at night very disappointed
STRONG MOLD ODOR AND NOT CLEANED ROOM
4.0I stayed at the hotel for one night because of a wedding anniversary I was attending. The hotel was on the invitation as one to consider in the area. I booked and paid for almost a month in advance. Upon arrival the front of house ladies were so friendly ,the top tier of professionalism and charm . Got my key card , from an early 5AM train from NY . The NIGHTmare ! Upon opening the door the room reeked of mold Dusty I have pixs . I immed went to front desk , did not want to even sit . was told no rooms avail . Mgr Scott who was RELUCTANT to be involved , magically found an acceptable room after wasting an hour . The new room , was okay had open spaces with mold in the shower , but I could deal with . Just wanted to rest and be gone for anniversary celebration. My point : this hotel to give anyone a room in a putrid state as the first totally UNACCEPTABLE. Not what I thought of this hotel chain. STRANGE Hotel Mgr Scott neither wanted to go bad room for a sniff and look see or seemed at all concerned
