For a four-star hotel, the actual experience fell short of expectations. The guy at the reception completely lacked a sense of service; he was stiff and didn't even mention the facilities. We arrived on the biggest day for Spanish football, and when we asked where we could watch the match, he pointed to the wrong area on the map. When working in the service industry, encountering uninterested staff is the worst thing possible. There were plenty of parking spaces around the hotel, yet they still wanted to charge €16 for parking on-site. Four stars have become two, at most.
