The bedrooms were great, the bed comfortable and everything was clean. Staff was very nice and spoke slowly (I speak a little of Spanish only) and were helpful. The bathroom was fully equipped and provided towels and shower supplies such as soap and shampoo. For breakfast there was a good variety of food and drinks and the space was quite cozy.

− The location is not the best if you don't have a car, but I was there for a concert that was 10 minutes away, so it worked. One thing I wanted to mention is that, despite each room having two beds, there was only one blanket.

− No sabíamos que el Hotel se encontraba dentro del recinto de Mercamadrid, y al principio nos costó llegar porque no sabíamos cómo entrar. Esta información no está muy clara cuando haces la reserva ni llega ninguna información al respecto.
